You can search for a product using the Quick search with keywords that you enter in the text field. These keywords could be:

The product code or part of it, in Greek with either uppercase or lowercase letters.
For example: ΑΡΤ200, ΑΡΤ, αρτ2 etc.

The product name, or part of it, in Greek or English, with either uppercase or lowercase letters.
For example: BREA, bread MASTER etc.

The product category, or part of it, in Greek or English, with either uppercase or lowercase letters.
For example: electrical appliances, APPLIANCE etc.

Other keywords that appear in the product?s small in Greek or English, with either uppercase or lowercase letters.
For example: bread, HOME MADE etc.

You can search either in Greek or in English but not a combination of both. In order for the search to return results, you must use a minimum of three characters.

You can also select Advanced Search for further search options.

Finally, all of our products can be found in at least one of the PRODUCT CATEGORIES on the left menu bar. By selecting the category and subcategory, all related products will appear.

For purchases made through the online Telemarketing Store, by phone or mail, you can return the products within 15 days from the delivery date and ask for a product replacement or your money back. In order for your return to be accepted, the product must be in its original packaging in good condition and the product must be unused. The product must be accompanied by the completed Statement of Withdrawal and if possible, the receipt.

If the above conditions are met, Telemarketing will immediately replace the product in question or refund you according to the original method of payment. In either case, the original packaging and handling fee as well as the cost of returning the product are not refundable.

Please note that personal care and hygiene items as well as products subject to intellectual rights such as CDs and videotapes are not refundable unless their original safety packaging has been left intact.

Unless the above regulations are fulfilled in their entirety, your product will be returned to you by registered mail and the company will have no further obligation

For products purchased through our network of Telemarketing Stores, you cannot claim a money refund but you can ask for a product replacement within the 15-day period, provided that the returned goods are in excellent condition.

Order form is an electronic order form. In order to be able to use it, you will need to know the product codes of the items you plan to order. For this reason, the Order form is ideal for customers who have received one of our catalogues through the post and can find all product codes printed under the product names.

For orders being shipped within Greece you can choose between two payment methods - cash on delivery or credit card.  When you use credit card payment, you will have the opportunity to make payment with interest-free monthly installments.

If you choose cash on delivery, you will need to pay either at the post office or the courier delivering the goods to your home before you can receive your package. If you choose to pay through credit card, you will be given the opportunity to select the number of interest-free monthly installments during the checkout process so long as your credit card supports monthly installments.

In either case, you are entitled to a refund if you decide to return the product. For cash-on delivery, refunds are sent by a postal order, while for orders paid through credit card your credit card will be debited immediately. 

For orders being shipped outside Greece, the only available method of shipment is via courier and the only acceptable method of payment is via credit card.
