What is BOX NOW?
BOX NOW is a courier service that places your package in a locker of your choice and sends you a pin to receive it, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How do I choose the locker where I will receive my package?
During checkout, the Select a BOX NOW location button appears. Click on it to open a map where, with the help of the postal code, you can choose the most convenient pick-up point from 2,400+ options all over Greece. The address of the collection point is indicated in the order confirmation email, as well as in the messages that BOX NOW will send you for pickup.
Can I choose BOX NOW and pay by cash on delivery?
Yes! The service is called BOX NOW Pay on the Go and appears as an option in the cart. As soon as BOX NOW receives your package, you will receive a message with the amount you owe and a link for online payment, via credit or debit card. As soon as the payment is completed, your pin is automatically activated and you can collect the parcel from the locker.
How do I update / track the delivery of my package?
As soon as BOX NOW receives and scans your parcel you will receive a message via viber or what's up and email that the delivery of the parcel is in progress. As soon as the parcel is placed in a locker, a new message follows that includes the pin that you must enter for receipt, as well as the time frame. You will receive daily reminder messages until the pickup is completed, at which time you will receive a confirmation message.
How do I receive my parcel?
Once you receive your pick-up pin, you can go to the pick-up point and simply enter the code on the screen. The box containing your parcel will then open automatically. Note: if you have chosen to pay through BOX NOW Pay on the Go, you must first pay for your purchase through the payment link you will receive.
How much time do I have to receive my parcel?
Your parcel will remain in the mailbox for 48 hours and you can request an extension for another 24 hours via BOX NOW messages.
What is the cost of BOX NOW shipping?
Next to each shipping option you always see the applicable cost. In a similar fashion, by selecting the desired payment method you again see the costs associated with the payment method.
I don't see the BOX NOW option in the cart
This can happen if even 1 of the items in your cart does not meet the specifications for shipping with BOX NOW, since due to the lockers, there is a limitation on the volume and weight of the packages.
