Fisherman risotto

Ingredients
- 500 gr mixed wild rice
- 6 shrimps no. 1
- 6 mussels
- Olive oil
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 small glass of wine
- Salt and pepper
- 1 sprig parsley
- 10 gr estragon
- 40 gr shallots
- 1 salmon fillet
- 100 gr crabmeat
Execution
Saute the rice with the shallots and wine. Add the grill inside the product and put the shrimps and mussels on it. Place the steaming grill and place on top of it the salmon. Add salt and the glass lid. Remove from fire when done.
