Penne tricolore

Ingredients (for 400 gr. penne)
- 200 gr. parmesan
- 100 gr. cottage cheese
- 150 gr. grated mozzarella
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Green pepper
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 1 bunch basil leaves
- 50 gr. bacon
Execution:
Boil the penne for 8-9 minutes (for al dente texture) in the pasta pot. Remove with the integrated strainer, empty the water from the pasta pot
and add olive oil. Dice the bacon and pour in the fry. Add salt and pepper. As soon as the bacon is cooked, add the penne, the cottage cheese, the mozzarella, a little parmesan and the cherry tomatoes. Garnish with basil and a little parmesan.
