Chicken fillet with graviera cheese

Ingredients
- 250 gr chicken fillet
- 60 gr graviera
- 6 slices of bacon
- 1 glass of wine
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- 200 gr peas
Execution:
Add oil to the pan and place the chicken. In another pan put some oil and the peas and in a third pan add a little oil and the graviera cheese to the cook it like saganaki. Add salt and pepper to the chicken and at the same time flip the cheese and the chicken to make sure they are cooked well on both sides. Add a little pepper to the peas and some salt to the cheese and then add the bacon in the pan with the chicken and then the wine. Let them cook and when everything is ready, serve them on a plate and enjoy a delicious meal.
