Chocolate truffles

Ingredients
- 200 gr cocoa
- 40 gr olive oil
- 100 gr thyme honey
- 50 gr cream fresh
- 100 gr grated hazelnuts
- 100 gr grated almonds
- 100 gr thin slices of almond
- 50 gr chocolate sprinkles
- 50 gr coconut
- 50 gr cookies
Execution:
Place all the ingredients (except for the ones to be used as topping for the truffles) inside the device and let them melt (it will take approximately 2 minutes). Then we take out the mixture, place it inside a bowl and leave it in the refrigerator for approximately 2 hours. When you remove it from the refrigerator, shape the mixture into small balls (the size of a half tablespoon) and cover them with the topping of your choice.
