Crayfish with pasta

Ingredients
- 7-8 medium sized crayfish
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 glass of white wine
- 60 gr olive oil
- 100 gr pasta
- Water
- Parsley
- Salt and pepper
Execution:
First saute the crawfish in a deep non-stick pan or a pot and add towards the end the onion. Add the white wine.
Allow a few minutes for the alcohol to evaporate and add the pasta, tomato and a little water. Add salt, pepper and the bay leaf.
Cover with a lid and allow the food to cook at low heat until the pasta is ready. While it is cooking, test and add, if necessary, some more water.
Serve, add freshly chopped parsley and enjoy hot!
