Diet mousakas
Ingredients
- 2 zucchinies
- 2 eggplants
- 2 potatoes
- 3 mature tomatoes
- 800 gr minced beef
- Salt an pepper
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 4 cloves
For the bechamel:
- 700 gr light milk
- 100 gr olive oil
- 1 spoon flour
- 60 gr light grated cheese
Execution:
Add the potatoes in the pot with no oil. In the second pan pour three lids of oil and add theminced beef inside. Mix well and add some salt and pepper. When ready, remove the potatoes and add one by one the rest of the vegetables in the same manner. Add thetomatoes, parsley and cloves into the minced beef and let it cook.
After you cook all the vegetables, re-add them all together this time in the pot and pour overthe cheese. Then add the minced meat on top. Place the lid and let it cook.
Prepare the bechamel by pouring the oil, a bit of the cheese, and the remaining ingredients inpot and stir. Then pour the bechamel over the mousaka and spread evenly. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and place in oven.
