Ingredients
- 100 gr glutinous rice
- 400 gr minced beef
- 3 lemons
- 1 bunch of dill
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 onion
- 100 gr olive oil
Execution:
Place into a bowl the minced beef and rice, and add the dill, salt and pepper and olive oil. Mold well and form small meatballs. Place them into some flour first, and then place them inside the pot. When ready, remove them and serve them in a plate.
