Meatballs with yogurt dressing
Ingredients
1 kg minced beef
1 bunch of peppermint
150 gr flour
1 onion
Salt and pepper
2 eggs
150 gr breadcrumbs
½ a bunch of parsley
For the dressing
300 gr white wine Vidiano and Moschato Spinas
½ a spoon of mustard
½ a spoon of yogurt
Salt
Pepper
Execution:
Shape the meatballs and add them one by one into the pan with the hot oil. Make sure you flip them throughout the cooking process so they are cooked on both sides.
While the meatballs are being cooked, in another pan, add 300 gr of white wine, stir and leave it until it has a glutinous texture and until the alcohol is evaporated.
Remove the meatballs from the pan and serve them on a plate. Add to the wine the mustard and yogurt, stir and pour the dressing over the meatballs.
