Osso buco pork

Ingredients
- 3-4 chunks pork osso buco
- 2 leeks
- 1 stalk of celery
- 2 potatoes
- 400 gr red wine
- 2 dried onions
- Salt
- Pepper
- 100 gr olive oil
- 50 gr chopped parsley
- 1 carrot
- 2 bay leafs
Execution:
Pour oil into the pan and place the meat inside. Add a little salt and pepper and let the meat to cook. Flip the meat so it is cooked on both sides.
Chop the onion and pour it into the pan. Add the red wine and the remaining ingredients. Let it cook in low heat for 1 hour and ten minutes.
Remove the meat and serve it on a plate and make a creamy sauce out of the remaining ingredients left in the pan. You can cook rice to accompany the meat. Pour some of the sauce on top of the rice and the rest on top of the meat. Serve in a plater.
