Roasted lamb

2 goat drumsticks 
4 lemons
200 gr. olive oil
2 potatoes
150 gr. dry white wine
600 gr. water
a bunch of thyme


Cut the meat into pieces and fry with oil in the hull. Add salt and pepper. Cut the potatoes and add in the hull. Let it cook until golden and finish of with lemon juice. Pour water. Close the lid and pour the wine through the slot. Let it come to a boil and then cook in the oven for 50-55 minutes at 180o C.
