Sweet bread with honey

1 kilo flour
6 eggs
2 packs of mahlepi
700 gr of flower honey
600 gr whole milk
2 oranges (for zest)
100 gr fresh yeast 
200 gr olive oil

Execution:

Pour one by one all the ingredients into the mixer and set it in operation for approximately 10 to 15 minutesOccasionally, give the mixer's bucket a boost with your handThen, oncethe dough is ready, remove it from the mixer and mold it into 3 balls. Then, shape them one by one into a cylindrical shape to the size you want in order to create a braid shape sweet breadWhen the sweet bread is shaped like a braid, pour a little oil in a panplace the sweet bread inside and put in the oven for 50 minutes at 170 degrees.
