Steamed tenderloin with steamed stamnagathi and carrot sauce

Ingredients
- 200 gr tenderloin
- 200 gr stamnagathi
- 1 carrot
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- 1 bunch of parsley
Execution:
Steam cook the tenderloin steak. In the last 5 minutes add the stamnagathi.
Boil the carrot, mash and add a little olive oil and chopped parsley. Add salt and pepper.
