Sweet bread with honey

Ingredients
- 1 kilo flour
- 6 eggs
- 2 packs of mahlepi
- 700 gr of flower honey
- 600 gr whole milk
- 2 oranges (for zest)
- 100 gr fresh yeast
- 200 gr olive oil
Execution:
Pour one by one all the ingredients into the mixer and set it in operation for approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Occasionally, give the mixer's bucket a boost with your hand. Then, oncethe dough is ready, remove it from the mixer and mold it into 3 balls. Then, shape them one by one into a cylindrical shape to the size you want in order to create a braid shape sweet bread. When the sweet bread is shaped like a braid, pour a little oil in a pan, place the sweet bread inside and put in the oven for 50 minutes at 170 degrees.
