Can be used on all common stove types, such as gas and electric stoves, ceramic and halogen hobs. Not suitable for induction stoves.

AMT cookware are extremely durable. However, you should absolutely avoid cutting or using sharp-edged metal spatulas in your cast dishes. Cleaning in the dishwasher is not recommended. Before you use your AMT Gastroguss tableware for the first time, please rinse it thoroughly inside and out with hot water and a little washing-up liquid. Dry the dishes well and then rub the inside surface with a little cooking oil.
You can cook and fry in this pan with enormously reduced fat and even fat-free! The surface has a special non-stick coating that prevents the food from sticking and is easy to clean. If there is a slight browning on the frying surface, it is done. The slight discoloration is a natural patina and completely normal. It prevents the food from sticking. Never remove the patina with steel wool or abrasives.
