Capellini with chicken

Ingredients
- 250 gr capellini pasta
- Half a chicken breast fillet
- Olive oil
- 4 slices of bacon
- Salt and pepper
- 60 gr vegetable cream fresh
- 100 gr Parmesan cheese
Execution:
Pour some olive oil inside the pan and a bit of salt and pepper. Add the chicken in pieces brown lightly and cook thoroughly. Then add the bacon.
Boil the capellini pasta according to the instructions, drain keeping the pasta water on the side and add the boiled pasta to the pan.
Add the cream fresh and cook for 1 minute. To make the sauce thinner you can add some of the past water.
Just before you remove the food from the pan, add the Parmesan and serve hot.
