Goat sautee in a pot

Ingredients
 

  • 1.5 kg goat leg
  • 6 ripe tomatoes
  • 3 onions
  • 4 grains of allspice
  • 500 gr wine
  • 1 lt of water
  • 1 tea sp. sugar
  • 2 laurel leaves
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Execution:

Sautee the goat leg, with the chopped onion, the allspice and the laurel leaves.

Add the wine and allow for the alcohol to evaporate. Add the chopped tomatoes, the water, sugar, salt and pepper and boil for at least 1,5 hours in low heat, or as long as is needed for the meat to become tender.
