Capellini al oglio

Ingredients
- 500 gr capellini
- 80 gr olive oil
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 50 gr capers
- 1 lemon
- 100 gr Parmesan cheese
Execution:
Boil the capellini according to the instructions on the packaging and strain.
Pour the olive oil, chopped garlic and capers in the pan and saute lightly. Once the ingredients are warmed up, add the strained capellini and mix for half a minute.
Serve immediately with lemon zest and grated Parmesan cheese.
