Sea bream fillet saute

Ingredients
 

  • 2 sea bream fillets
  • 1 fennel
  • 1 bunch of fennel
  • 50 gr. Ouzo
  • 50 gr. wine
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • A little olive oil (to bind the sauce)

Execution:

Saute the sea bream fillets with a little oil, add the fennel and the chopped fennel leaves. Bring to a boil and simmer with the ouzo and wine. Add salt and pepper. Allow the alcohol to evaporate for a few minutes and serve.
