Ingredients
- 2 sea bream fillets
- 1 fennel
- 1 bunch of fennel
- 50 gr. Ouzo
- 50 gr. wine
- Salt
- Pepper
- A little olive oil (to bind the sauce)
Execution:
Saute the sea bream fillets with a little oil, add the fennel and the chopped fennel leaves. Bring to a boil and simmer with the ouzo and wine. Add salt and pepper. Allow the alcohol to evaporate for a few minutes and serve.
